FIBROCEL F is a fine grade cellulose fiber used to control seepage loss in water-base drilling fluids.
- Available in fine, medium and coarse grade.
- More soluble than 55% in 15% HCl at 100 oC (212 oF).
- Compatible with all types of water-base drilling fluids and other lost circulation materials
- Made of a wide range of graded fibrous particles designed to control of seepage losses across the low pressure zones.
MICA is used to combat lost circulation in both water and oil-base drilling fluids.
- Available in fine, medium and coarse grade.
- Can be used both in water-base and oil-base drilling fluids.
- Has minimal effect on drilling fluid properties.
- Inert and not affected by other fluid additives, crude oil, diesel oil, brines or acids.
MIXSEAL is blend of cellulose fibers with blend of granules and flake particles used to combat lost circulation in all types of drilling fluids.
- Available in fine, medium and coarse grade.
- Made of a wide range of graded fibrous angular, and flake particles designed to control of lost circulations across the fractures, vugs and unconsolidated zones. MIXSEAL's wide particle range is useful in building a stronger initial bridge across the thief zone.
- Preferentially oil wet and thus is compatible with both WBM and OBM systems.
SHELPLUG is selected hazelnut shells used for combating lost circulation.
- Supplied in three grades: Fine, Medium and Coarse. The fine grade can be circulated, through 30 mesh shaker screen.
- Can be used both in water-base and oil base drilling fluids.
- Has minimal effect on drilling fluid properties.
